Simon Hughes in Earl's Court.

Campaigning session on Saturday, September 4th, 2010 at 12.00 pm. Simon Hughes MP, Deputy Leader of the Liberal Democrats will be in Earl's Court this Saturday afternoon, 4th September, to support Linda Wade's campaign to become the new Liberal Democrat councillor for Earl's Court. Come and welcome Simon Hughes and show the local press and residents how much support we have to WIN in the election on 16th September.From noon until early evening on both weekend days, we will be based at Basement, 18 Nevern Square, London, SW5 9PD. Simon will be arriving around 3pm on Saturday 4th for a group photo and will stay to do some campaigning. Please do come along and help us with a delivery or canvassing any time during the afternoon and say hi to Simon.

Autumn Conference, Liverpool.

Conference on Saturday, September 18th, 2010-Wednesday, September 22, 2010 at 10.00 am.  We are delighted to be taking autumn conference 2010 to Liverpool, a city which has thrived since earning its European Capital of Culture title in 2008.Conference will open on Saturday 18 September with consultative sessions at 10.00 and the formal opening of conference at 14.20. On Wednesday 22 September, conference will close with the Leader's speech at approximately 15.00.Policy issues under discussion at this conference will include a full debate on papers on Localism, International Development and Youth Justice and consultation sessions on Quality of Life, Volunteering and the Voluntary Sector & Facing the Future.
